All of our products can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase, providing they have not been used or worn and they are returned in their original packaging.
Our hairpieces come in a see through bag, encased in a net enabling you to still be able to colour match without having to remove the hair piece from its original packaging. We cannot accept any hairpieces once the net has been tampered with.
We reserve the right not to refund or exchange any products that have been used, e.g. styled, washed, brushed, cut, or smell of perfume and smoke. We also reserve the right to withhold refunds until we have been able to verify that the products have not been used.
Incorrect products will be exchanged or refunded if returned within 7 days of receipt. Return postage will only be refunded if items are faulty.

We would advise you to return the product via a trackable method, i.e Recorded Delivery. We will not be able to refund or exchange any products that have been lost and are unable to be traced.
Refunds will be issued within 3-5 days of receiving the returned products.
With regard to exchange items, we require the returns form to be sent back to us with the product. Please note a new PayPal invoice will be raised stating the new postage and packaging charges. Once this has been paid your new product will be sent out for delivery.

A refund will be issued immediately if the order has yet to be dispatched. However, if the order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the product for a refund (please refer to our refund policy).
